Cancellations and Rescheduling

Upon securing an appointment with selected stylist at Twisted Scissor DeZigns you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours client will be charged 50% of the service fee; this fee is non-refundable and does not apply to the next appointment.

After three (3) consecutive appointment cancellations, you will be required to place a 50% deposit to reserve your next appointment.  This deposit is non-refundable.

No Show Policy

Upon securing an appointment with selected stylist at Twisted Scissor DeZigns you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

Client will be charged 100% of the appointment service charge when no-calling/no-showing to an appointment. This fee is non-refundable. After the first no-show, client may be asked to place a deposit to reserve next appointment - this deposit will be applied to the final balance due once service is complete.

After two (2) no-shows client will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be banned from booking future appointments with Twisted Scissor DeZigns. 

Dissatisfied Client Policy

Upon securing an appointment with selected stylist at Twisted Scissor DeZigns you agree to the terms and condition stated below:

 

All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify the salon within 7 days of your original appointment to be eligible for a service adjustment. Adjustments are limited to correcting the original service and do not include changes based on personal preference or a desire for a different look; such changes will be charged at full price. All service adjustments must be performed by the original stylist. No refunds will be issued.
